After our water-logged experience at Rise Festival last weekend, we're in dire need of a weekend of sun. No group of people know how to kick their heels up beneath the rays than our friends (or should we say mates) from Down Under. They don't just do a mean BBQ and whip the English raw on the sporting fields... they're also masters of food, wine and entertainment. But you knew that already right?

The thought of sitting outdoors with some Aussie beef straight from the BBQ and a glass of Coonawarra red is enough to make any self-respecting European want to jet straight over there. Luckily for your bank balance, you don't have to. You can experience it all at Toast Festival - the must see event of the month.

Toast Australia, is the northern hemisphere’s largest festival of fine Australasian food, wine and entertainment and is held in the stunning grounds of Fulham Palace. On Sunday 22nd July world class chefs will work their culinary magic while Australian comedy legends Kath and Kim serve up their own form of entertainment. Tunes will be provided by Ella and Jesse Hooper (former members of Killing Heidi) and Neighbours hotties Blair McDonough and Jonathan Dutton will compere.

Lads and ladettes can also enjoy the Beer Garden, the Rugby Lounge complete with former players from the Wallabies including Daniel Herbert and Ben Donoghue from surfing the menu.

We'll be there... chatting to the crowd and sampling the 200 + wines (oh my). You should be too. This is where we come in... we have a double pair of tickets to give away Toast Australia, Sunday 22nd July (worth £35 each).

All you need to do to enter is email us at competition@seatwave.com with your favourite Australian saying. If you don't have one, make it up. Don't forget to include your contact details.

The competition closes 4pm Friday July 20th.
